Come enjoy a beautiful 3 day weekend in Big Bear at the Lakeside Family Retreat home by the lake. The weekend will include meditation, sound/vibration work and therapy, Pilates mat classes, energy work and hiking. Your host Jennifer will take you through a self growth weekend bringing yourself more in tune with you, grounding yourself and embracing and integrating nature into your experience.
Our meals will be catered by Tra An Cuisine a local chef who will be providing all of our meals except Saturday evening which will be a free evening or could be a group meal at a restaurant - leaving it open to what the universe provides :)
The schedule will look something like this - however once I have people signed up I intend to tailor the events for the participants.
Friday - Mediation/sound healing and HikeSaturday - Meditation, Pilates Mat Class, Breathwork, Energy work with sound healing and Hiking
Sunday - Meditation/sound healing (maybe a farewell hike)
Cost for everything - $1000 before 8/15/21 after 8/15/21 $1150
OUR HOUSE FOR THE WEEKEND
Your stay will be at the Lakeside Family Retreat. A spacious luxurious home located by the lake. There is a beautiful deck to enjoy the scenery where we will be having most of our sessions, embracing the outdoors, the fresh mountain air and reconnecting with nature and ourselves.
All rooms have a queen bed with one being a king. Everyone will have their own room.
Tra An Cuisine - Tea our chef!
Tra An Cuisine is a locally based chef who will be catering most of our meals. Her focus is on local produce with global spices and recipes. Familiar dishes are introduced into innovation combinations and exotic food transforms into everyday fares. She is able to accommodate dietary needs or food choices like vegetarian and vegan.

20 days prior to the event receive a full refund minus a 15% administration fee
20 - 10 days prior to the event receive a 50% refund
9 days prior no refund unless there is an emergency reason to be determined by the administrator
