Online Group Mat Class
Mon, Thurs, Fri and Sat @ 10AM • 60 MINUTES
Lay down your mat and enjoy a super class from the comfort of wherever you are. The mainstay item we use is an exercise band but based on what clients have we often use: foam rollers, stability balls, sponge balls, exercise discs, free weights and magic circles. This class is mostly taught at an intermediate level however is adjusted for who is on class.
Online Cardio Class
SAT @ 9:15AM • 30 MINUTES
Use whatever cardio machine you have: treadmill, spin or stationary bike, rowing machine, elliptical etc. A variety of intervals will be used to take you through a full workout. It is recommended that you have a heart rate monitor. Zones are personalized for each client so that they can obtain the exact zones to ensure a perfect workout for each client.
