CANCELLATION POLICY:

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all classes, appointments and coaching. The card on file will be charged the full amount of the class or appointment. There are no refunds for appointments or classes and One on One Coaching is paid for in advance for a 4 week time period. You can always use your balance for another modality, appointment, class or coaching. Balances may be transferred to other clients.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

All clients are required to fill out a medical questionnaire when signing up so that we are aware of any issues that need to be addressed before or during the session.

INFORMATION PRIVACY:

At Bodywise, Inc. we take your privacy very seriously. We will never share or sell your information. Your information is kept internal, just for us to contact you. We value you and your information.
