One on One Virtual Coaching
If you do not have time for appointments and need to get your workouts in when they fit your schedule then this is for you. Or, if you need the motivation to do your workout and the accountability, this program is what you need. Jennifer will set up a weightlifting, Pilates, Cardio (run, walk, bike, treadmill, etc.) that suits what you need to achieve your goals and meets you where you are at to move forward in your fitness and wellness program. Have constant contact with Jennifer including video chat and she knows when you have or have not done your workout 😉. If you have a smart watch she sees your workouts and can analyze your progress to keep you moving forward!!
Cycling Coaching
Jennifer has over 41 podium finishes while racing the National Racing Circuit, the velodrome and the SoCal/Nevada Racing Calendar. She has a Silver National Medal and achieved a Silver in the USA Crits Series. Though retired from racing her love of cycling continues on with her hitting the road or the trails frequently during the week. Experience her one on one coaching on the bike and see your performance increase by leaps and bounds. Jennifer has coached many riders to successful half and full centuries and racing seasons on the road and the track.
